back in business!

today i fixed my camera and today my internet is broken. i'm standing in the kitchen using a coffee can as a laptop stand.
this is a picture of the screen i took out. the loss of a screen kind of rendered the camera useless. it was real hard to take pictures.
i guess its because i was used to constantly changing settings, and that became really hard to do without a screen.

i suppose the normal thing to do in this throwaway society would have been to spend money on a new camera.
on black friday i could have gotten one that  was 8mp (2 more than this one), slimmer, weatherproof, and newer for about $130.
i'm glad i didn't get one though. my camera is about 98 percent put together. the case is shut but i'm having trouble with some of the screws.

well, hopefully i can pick up that hobby once again. i like taking pictures, if you couldn't tell.

addicted to the internet

i've just called my isp because my internet is down for the xth time. the cable box comes out at my neighbors yard and it has been damaged because it was never installed right to begin with. anyway, the other day i purchased this ut longhorns folding chair at sam's club. the description says it is a mammoth chair. my last folding chair was broken because my friend was too heavy for it. anywho,  the point is that they are going to patch up my service tomorrow and supposedly on wednesday they will do a permanent fix. i never did post my last experience on youtube. i think i'll have to capture that video and upload once i have service again. ::sigh::
